At Mr Simple, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at your nearest postal hub.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
